3 Powerful Strategies to Rapidly Grow Your Team Online

The network of the networks – the Internet, is one of the ever most effective strategies of network marketing.

It's not just about exploring some social media tactics, but Internet marketing is using online branding strategies such as promotions through advertisements, Facebook Pages, video blogging, email lists, etc.

But you know what, there is a common notion among the Network Leaders that Internet recruiting strategies are nothing but just a 'distraction'.

But you won't believe, Network Leaders have often branded themselves online using the power of internet marketing. 

I must tell you that Branding is one of the most important elements of every successful business.

Over the years, I have seen numerous individuals build fruitful network marketing businesses using the Internet.

However, most of the businessmen still don't approve of the usefulness of it.

In the spirit of full transparency and disclosure, I'm going to share with you the top 3 Internet-based recruiting strategies that are successfully followed by the leaders to build network marketing businesses today.

So sitting at the comfort of your home, you are on your way to rule the World.

This strategy is the most common approach in the World of network marketing.

It is not just about prospecting via various social media platforms which is just the first step of the strategy.

1. Search

Firstly, use Facebook Search to find "Friends of Friends" who live locally (at least to begin with).

There are a couple of reasons behind doing it.

Firstly, Facebook permits you to directly message "Friends of Friends" so that your message goes into their primary inbox rather than the "Other" inbox that most people don't even know exists.

Next, you start with local since it will permit you to meet up and make a personal association with them eventually.

2. Qualify

Next, you pause for a moment to take a look at their profile and identify key interests that may impact you, your business, or your products.

You are likewise in a lookout for hidden features like: 

● Are they smiling in their pictures? 

● Are they outgoing? 

● Do they appear to be a positive person? 

Remember, you are prospecting, yet you are likewise qualifying them. 

For instance...

An enthusiasm for Robert Kiyosaki may indicate a passion for entrepreneurship or diversified income streams.

An interest in CrossFit shows interest in health and wellness, and that may resonate with your company's products.

3. Message

Next, you send your first message to them with some standard prospecting approach.

You can have a ready format but each message has to be custom-made to them explicitly.

This message will make reference to the common friends you have.

You notice that you're an enrollment specialist for a "well-being and health organization" or whatever the niche is, you're "extending in the zone."

You inquire as to whether they are "available to looking for additional cash?"

It is something that, "You throw the ball in the air and see if they swing back at it."

You do not want to be posting copy & paste messages with links to sign up for your opportunity.

Not only is that not effective, but it's also considered SPAM by Facebook and can get your account shut down and get your company in trouble too.

In this initial message, you aren't giving them any info or links. You are simply trying to get them to express an interest.

4. Book

If they 'swing back', go ahead with a face to face meeting. If not local then at least a phone call would be appreciated.

As details can always be explained better in person. At this point, if there is a meetup, then there must be a solid process from your company to follow.

Most leaders attain around a 30% positive response rate with this approach.

In case there is no answer-back, there are different approaches to be followed. Some leave the ones that didn't answer back, but some follow up with a 2nd message 4-5 days later if they don't answer back. It's just to check if they received the message or if they are interested. There are times when one is in the middle of something and don't read the messages at the first go. The second message will generally twofold the general outcomes versus just sending 1 message. 

Sending a third follow-up message isn't suggested. Now, you expect a "NO" and proceed onward. Being pushy is an indication of a poor network marketing technique and won't fly in the online World. 

This is quite a simple and easy process, but the success of it depends much on your personality.

It involves posting your results on social, which is basically setting Lead with the result.

Then you wait for people to express interest via comments or private messages.

To boost up the results, you can add Call to Action for more info to the message.

'Leading with the opportunity angle'

This process involves posting pictures and announcements about the various success stories, income results and its impact on your lifestyle.

I have seen many people using this strategy with great success, but this approach can be troublesome with various compliances and legal problems.

But I personally don't prefer this approach as it can have a negative impact on personal and social relations.

'Leading with the product angle'

The Lead with the result approach could be very powerful. But it depends on the results posted especially with a personal or customer case study.

This approach will assist you in creating more clients, and a few of those clients may express an interest in the business after they fall in love with the product.

We've seen this angle a hit with weight reduction challenges and case studies, which despite everything work incredibly well, yet can likewise work with different items if there is a good result coming out from the product. 

For instance, I've seen individuals in travel businesses post photos of their extravagance get-away/trips and uncover how little they paid for that experience.
